Report Overview

The Pre-Post Analysis helps users who have implemented programs to understand hospital utilization before and after a specific enrollment date for each patient. The report allows users to upload a customized panel of patients to analyze for which they have a treatment relationship.

Please note that all users must attest a treatment relationship with the patient to use this report. Use of this service must comply with laws and regulations which govern uses and disclosures of personally identifiable information, including but not limited to sensitive health information such as drug and alcohol treatment information protected by federal confidentiality regulations and 42 CFR Part 2.

The visit level report contains detailed patient information with significant PHI data, such as MRNs, service dates, and diagnosis codes. Please consider all HIPAA requirements, including the “minimum necessary” requirement, if sharing all or part of this report.
