Below is a recap of the CRISP Reporting Services (CRS) product features updated on the CRS Portal (reports.crisphealth.org).
Due to a delay in CCLF data delivery this month, reports in CRS currently reflect claims through November 2024 (and complete claims through August 2024). Reports will be updated in March with claims through January 2025 and complete claims through October 2024.
Treatment relationships (Clinician and Facility Partners) submitted through MATT in January are also not reflected and will be updated in the next monthly release.
CRISP, in collaboration with hMetrix, developed the Multi-Payer Reporting Suite to enhance alignment between Maryland Medicaid and the Maryland Primary Care Program (MDPCP). The suite integrates Medicaid and Medicare FFS claims data into a single platform for patients on an organization’s panel uploaded through CRISP, enabling users to analyze trends in hospital utilization, support care coordination, and monitor population health for Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries. Users that have access to their panel in CRS can access the suite. If you are interested in the report, please contact report-support@crisphealth.org.
CRISP Reporting Services is excited to announce the launch of the Prediction Tools report in the Multi-Payer Reporting Suite on February 7th. CRISP will host a webinar to walk through both the Quality Dashboard and the Prediction Tools on Friday, February 28th from 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM. You can register for the webinar here.
The Prediction Tools report provides risk scores for Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries on your panel, based on Hilltop’s Pre-AH (Avoidable Hospitalizations) and Pre-DC (Diabetes Complications) Models. These scores enable practices to identify and prioritize care coordination and targeted interventions for beneficiaries at high risk for avoidable hospitalizations and severe diabetes complications.
MDPCP practices already have access to a similar report for their MDPCP attributed population in the MDPCP Reporting Suite. The Prediction Tools in Multi-Payer Reporting Suite are applied to beneficiaries on your panel, including both Medicare FFS and Medicaid FFS and MCO beneficiaries.
Several enhancements and new features have been added to the Value-based Care Insights tool including a new dashboard on Infused/Injectable medications, trend charts on multiple pages, an expanded Executive Summary and more.
