Medicare Data Issue

The previously reported data issue is now resolved. All reports containing Medicare CCLF data were updated with accurate data.

Panel Issue

Encounter Notification Service (ENS) Panels have not been updated in CRS reports since March 11th, 2024. We are working to resolve this issue and update reports with current ENS panels. Please note that this issue only impacts CRS reports and does not impact ENS notifications.

• RY26 Readmissions Reduction Incentive Program will be updated on April 25th
