Below is a recap of the CRISP Reporting Services (CRS) product features updated on the CRS Portal (reports.crisphealth.org) this month.

Quality Financial Impact Dashboard

The Quality Based Reimbursement (QBR) module was added to the Quality Financial Impact Dashboard (QFID). Existing CRS users with access to the dashboard can see their performance in QBR as it relates to their Global Budget Revenue (GBR). The module includes a section of each of the three components of QBR with visuals and computational breakdowns.

Medicare

MDPCP

  • A category option, “Beneficiary HEART Flag,” has been added the MDPCP Dashboard. Please refer to the 2024 MDPCP Reports User Guide for more information

CCLF

  • The MPA Y7 Monitoring Reports are available.
  • The MDPCP Y6 Performance Report is available.
  • MPA Y7 Attribution is now used in MADE and the DEX data.
  • In MADE, access to Medicare beneficiaries’ PHI through non-hospital touch claims (IP, ED) has been reset according to hospitals’ attribution year 2024 submission in the MATT application as of May 25.
  • Hospitals without finalized MATT submissions for MPA Y7 have access only to beneficiaries that have had an IP and/or ED touch at their hospital in the 36 months of Medicare claims data.
  • Hospitals have the opportunity before the 25th of each month to submit partner lists via MATT to expand access to PHI.

Multi Payer Reporting Suite

The Medicaid Redetermination Report now includes an indicator, “!,” in the table to indicate beneficiaries who are past their redetermination date and within the 120-day grace period.

HSCRC Quality Reports

The HSCRC quality reports for RY26 in the CRS Portal include preliminary data through April 2024.
