Below is a recap of the CRISP Reporting Services (CRS) product features updated on the CRS Portal (reports.crisphealth.org) this month.
Medicare Claim and Claim Line Feed (CCLF) Reports
The following changes will impact CCLF reports throughout CRS:
The PQI algorithms are updated to PQI AHRQ v2023
APR DRG are updated from v38 to v39.1
Chronic conditions are updated to align with the CCW algorithms as of July 2024.
This update contains minor algorithm changes to 10 of the existing chronic condition categories.
Medicare Performance Adjustment (MPA) Reports
HSCRC has updated the Primary Service Area (PSA) mapping file that determines the share allocation for ZIP codes in overlapping hospital PSAs. These updated shares – which contain minor adjustments for select hospitals – have been applied to the MPA Monitoring Reports for MPA Y7.
The MPA Neutralization Report contains a new filter that enables users to select specific months.
MDPCP
2024 Q4 attribution is available with the November release.
2023 AHU/EDU and TPCC data in the Y5 reports are updated in the November release.
The Y6 AHU/EDU reports have not been updated due to a delay in receiving updated performance data under the 2024 HEDIS specifications from CMS. The reports will remain as is, showing performance data up to March 2024 until further notice. We will keep you informed of when the reports will be updated.
All Practice users now have access to the MDPCP Dashboard. This Sandbox-like report enables users to compare practice-level utilization data to all Maryland Medicare fee-for-service beneficiaries with both Part A and B coverage (“State”), Equivalent Non-Participating Population, and MDPCP Participating FQHCs.
Casemix
The Casemix reports for RY26 in the CRS Portal include preliminary data through September 2024 data.
