Michael initially joined CRISP in 2016, leading the process improvement team. In 2017 Michael became acting CIO. In this role, he is responsible for setting the IT strategy and directing the technological resources of CRISP. Michael is responsible for developing and managing capital and overhead budgets and managing enterprise-wide technology spend. Michael is an is an innovative and accomplished Business and IT Leader with extensive experience providing strong leadership, vision, and strategic insights. He is also the founder and principal of Pareto Advisers LLC, a healthcare-focused process improvement organization.
Prior to joining CRISP Michael held several IT Leadership positions in a variety of industries. Michael has a proven track record of driving process improvements and measurable improvements in IT productivity, primarily by tightening IT relationship to other business units to ensure the most important priorities receive adequate attention.
Michael holds a B.S. in MIS from Syracuse university and a Master’s in Business Administration from Loyola college. When not at work Michael enjoys spending time with his four daughters, and wife Mindy.
