Kelley joined the CRISP team as Executive Assistant & Office Manager in October 2009. She provides administrative support and project assistance for the President and other team members, and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the CRISP office.

Prior to joining CRISP, Kelley was employed by Erickson Retirement Communities as a Project Specialist with the Government Affairs department. In that role, her chief areas of focus included political outreach, corporate political contribution/PAC management, and regulatory analysis for development projects.

Kelley is currently enrolled at UMUC where she is actively pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration and after graduation, plans to pursue her MBA. Kelley lives in Baltimore County with her husband Tom and their two daughters.
