Value Based Care Insights (VBCI)

The April refresh is expected to be in production on Wednesday, April 16th. This refresh will include the VBCI 1.4 updates. For more information, view the VBCI 1.4 release notes here.

MPA Attribution Tracking Tool (MATT)

The MPA Attribution Tracking Tool (MATT) is now available for hospitals to upload their provider partners for CY2025. Hospitals should submit lists of MPA T* Clinician and Facility Partners, and confirm their CTO Partners, in MATT before May 25th, 2025, in order to be reflected in MADE and DEX for June release.

Multi Payer Reporting Suite

New columns have been added to the Prediction Tools report:

• HEART: Indicates whether the beneficiary qualified for HEART payments to the practice for the selected attributed quarter (note: this field is only populated for MDPCP).
• PQI-Like Events: The count of PQI-Like events in the latest 12 months of claims data, inclusive of the lag period. “PQI-Like” events captures PQIs that occurred in either the inpatient or ED.
• ≥ 4 ED Visits Super Utilizer: Yes/No flag indicates if the beneficiary has at least four ED visits in the latest 12 months of claims data, inclusive of the lag period.

Care Transformation Initiatives (CTIs)

Data Updates:

• CTI DEX files updated for episodes through January 2024.
• Care Transformation Profiler reports are updated through January 2024.

Enrollment Interface Updates

• Added functionality for participants to automatically disenroll from existing CTIs during the enrollment period.
• Participant hierarchies are viewable in the Participation Management interface.
• Optional inclusion of Beneficiary Death for all CTI thematic areas

Medicare Claim and Claim Line Feed (CCLF) Reports

CCLF data has been updated to include data through February 2025.

Casemix

• The Casemix reports for RY26 in the CRS Portal include final data through Calendar Year 2024.
• The QBR, PAU, and Hospital Population Health Programs reports for RY27 in the CRS Portal include preliminary data through February 2025.
