In partnership, CRISP and Medisolv, are working to support the HSCRC goal of collecting hospital reporting of eCQMs. A few hospitals started optional submission of the 2021 measures in the Spring of 2022. Moving forward Maryland Hospitals are required to submit 4 measures a quarter; with the first submission window opening in July 2022 for Q1 & Q2 2022. All data is being submitted in the Quality Reporting Document Architecture (QRDA) I format to Medisolv ENCOR portal via CRISP Portal. For 2023 and beyond, ED-2 and eOPI-1 are required while other required measures to be determined. While these measures align with federal IQR measures, it does not replace IQR Reporting.
